In addition you should dedicate twice the amount of time of each lesson on your own.

It's been a year since I started teaching in Italki, I believe that all the lessons should be in Hebrew (with a little help from English/Italian) and we'll see the improvement little by little. I love to speak with students and listen to them, speak about our daily situation, and everything that comes into our life. Teacher with over two years of experience I try my best to customize each lesson to the student. We each learn in different ways and are interested in different things. Language is best learned through things which fascinate us. I'm not a strict teacher and give homework when I see fit or when my students ask me to. Also, I don't like correcting my students 5 times in one sentence, but rather work on vocabulary in general and touch on grammar when it seems appropriate.
