I can draw from my own experience of learning a language from scratch. I'm very patient and attentive, and I know exactly how it feels to learn a language - with all the success and the frustration that comes with it. While challenging, learning is always rewarding, and I'm excited to share my experiences with you.

Since I am a German native speaker it is pretty easy for me to talk, but not all of us have the confidence to speak in another language and to feel save talking the right away. I want to teach you how to talk with confidence and to be able to hold conversations.

Currently, I'm learning Japanese, so I totally understand how you feel when struggling to get your point across. Together we will figure it out and improve, as I have a very casual and friendly approach with my students. MISTAKES ARE PART IN THE PROCESS! Also, I use an ever growing Notion-page that I share with all my students. On personal pages, we work together to expand the materials, reaching from grammar to culture.

What differentiates me from others is most certainly my way of using short listenings to improve students´ speaking skills and grammar. My method is not in the top five. During my time here, I helped more then 1000 students prepare for language exams, job interviews, and develop confidence in speaking with colleagues, spouses, and more. Meine Arbeit im Kinderarbenteuerhof und im Waldkindergarten in Freiburg hat mir besonders Spaß gemacht und dort habe ich Erfahrungen beim Begleiten von Kindern und Jugendlichen in Lernprozessen sammeln können. Through my work as an Aupair in which I practised German with Kids aged 6 to 10 and through my language studies at University I learned that you can only teach others if you are also willing to learn and consistently drive to better your own skills. From learning many foreign languages myself I have developed my own personal hacks and tips on how to most effectively learn a new language. I accept lesson cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours in advance. However, this depends on my current lesson demand and schedule therefore I will decide on that for each individual case.
