👘I'm Kyoka (きょうか）I'm from Kanagawa in Japan!
I was born and raised in Japan but I have lived in Singapore in my childhood and Canada for 4 years. Currently I live in Akita, Japan.
👘I have experienced working as tutor/ Japanese teacher in Canada and Japan for 4 years now.
👘I have taught over 3000 lessons and over 80 students 😆I have taught all ages!
👘I love talking, traveling, eating good food, yoga, sports, learning different language and culture 🌎

Kyoka Sensei lessons are always incredibly enjoyable. She is easy to talk, helpful, patient, and encouraging. The new grammar we cover is well explained with many examples. Her English proficiency is high , so if I don't understand the material she can assist me .

Kyoka-san, is friendly, helpful, fun and easy to talk with! She is able to correct my mistakes and keeps the conversation flowing by speaking very clearly so it is easy to understand. Even though my Japanese is not great, she is very understanding and kind and creates a safe space to practice speaking Japanese. I highly recommend taking a lesson with Kyoka-san, and look forward to chatting with her again! ありがとうございます.

She did a wonderful job guiding the conversation and providing corrections when needed. The homework she asks me to do directly corelates with my lesson which allows me to practice what I learned.
