Sharon

Sharon has been really helpful in improving my German. She has excellent teaching skills and knows exactly when to interfere and correct me or when to let go of something for the sake of the conversation flow. She also teaches the right amount of grammar when necessary and is very flexible with what to do in the lessons. I'm very happy to have found her on Italki. :)

Sharon is an amazing teacher, a superb listener and very encouraging while also providing help and corrections in a seamless way whenever necessary. You will not go wrong by having lessons with her!

I really enjoy taking Sharon's class. Among the several Italki teachers I have had, she has been the most patient and very good at encouraging me to talk, no matter how convoluted my brains get with the German word order. Sharon is a great teacher! There's never a lull in conversation with her so lessons fly by, whereby I get in so much speaking practice.

I always look forward to my German class with Sharon. She has a way of encouraging me to talk even though my German is so ungrammatical! She has a way of correcting you without making you feel dumb, and I really appreciate her friendly but very professional style of teaching. She has introduced me to various cultural and historical topics of interest that has widened my understanding of Germanic culture.
