Greetings! Welcome to my profile; I'm thrilled you're here! I'm Katrine, a native Danish teacher from Denmark teaching on Italki. My teaching journey began in Colombia, where I taught English at a school and discovered my passion for education. Having explored various corners of Latin America, I've now settled in Chile, eager to further discover its beauty.
My time abroad allowed me to share my language skills, transitioning to teaching Danish here on Italki. I enjoy connecting with new people, exchanging cultures, and exploring languages. Nature is my sanctuary, and I'm always immersed in a creative art-craft project.

Min lektion with Katrine var rigtig godt. Jeg kunne tale meget dansk og holde en nem samtale. Katrine snakke rigtig klart og jeg kunne forstå den fleste af unser samtale, der er vigtig for min aktuell niveau af dansk. Jeg glæder mig til næste!

I'm very happy with my first lesson with Katrine. In just 30 min we spoke a bit in Danish to introduce each other and allow her to assess my level. The rest of the class was used to discuss goals, expectations and learning preferences. I look forward to our next class :)
