Hey everyone, I am Lina from Bogotá, Colombia. I'm a lawyer and I'm currently studying a master's degree in teaching Spanish., I like travelling, nature and animals, biking, I am passionate about languages and music, music has been so important in my learning process. Music has always played an important role in learning and culture. It is a fact that the execution of musical instruments, and even singing, help to develop language, memory and attention skills, in the music you can perceive the structures, the tonalities, notes of a musical phrase and the harmony. as a student of foreign languages I know how difficult it is to learn a new language, so I can be in your shoes, I like to teach in the same way I would like to be taught. I like to make a customized learning program according to the needs of each student, for this purpose, I use many tools such as exercises, texts, books, videos, music etc. of course, without leaving the conversation practice aside, because I'm sure practice makes you a much better speaker and I say this from experience. I try to make the class more didactic and entertaining to make students feel comfortable and confident to speak Spanish.我的教材

Lina really checks all the boxes of a perfect language instructor. I tried so many instructors & when I finally found Lina I felt like I struck gold.
Her lessons are both structured & conversational, so I am learning very quickly & efficiently. She prioritizes Spanish throughout her lessons, but her english is so good (probably better than mine) that any time I need further explanation of anything, she easily jumps over to english so I can better understand. I'm very impressed with how her teaching style allows me to retain what we covered & improve week over week.
She's also so fun to talk to - She's really funny & she always has a big smile. I really look forward to my lessons each week.
