Teaching is to bring the right tool at the right moment. I've started to coach as I was 16 years old and never stopped since then. At school, for camps, in club, in the mountains, with children, with adults, also coaching the coach... Making my bachelor studies in science of sport, learning how to be in the body, and how to teach to come over fears and clumsiness to approach new movements, I realized how deep emotions and body were involved in learning process. This topic became my bachelor thesis. Since then, I feel deeply the necessity of taking the time to discover how we like to learn.
