Hi! I'm Danielle and I'm from sunny South Africa.🌞 Here is a bit about me:
✨ I'm a proud mom and passionate teacher with a love for languages and cultures!
✨ I'm patient, friendly, fun-loving, open-minded and easy to talk to.
✨ I'm TEFL-certified with 3+ years experience teaching online.
✨ I've taught beginner to advanced students of all ages.
✨ I am currently studying part-time towards a BA degree (English and Psychology).
✨ My home languages are English AND Afrikaans, and my accents are neutral and easy to understand.

My students usually stay with me long-term as I've been working with most of them for 1-2 years up to now. I've taught mostly children and teens (from beginner to upper-intermediate level), but also many adults in Afrikaans, Business English, General English and conversational classes.

I elected to pursue teaching as a primary career instead and focus on my own new business I had just started. I had, however, gained valuable experience in Business English.

Danielle is a supportive and professional Afrikaans teacher. Our lessons are always fun and engaging and I always thoroughly enjoy the time we spend together. Danielle is an exceptional teacher. She has been teaching English to my daughter and we are in awe about her approach. The lessons are great fun, Danielle knows exactly how to keep a child interested and motivated using plenty of tricks, props, games, and songs.
