I'm a retired programmer, an experienced British English tutor, and the author of "How to Go Up a Band in IELTS."
With my background in IT and a gentle and patient teaching style, I've assisted many non-native speakers in improving their communication abilities before moving to Canada, Australia, and the UK or studying there.
I have a Master's in IT and a level 5 certificate in teaching English to speakers of foreign languages. The British Council taught me to teach IELTS. I have been president of both Gloucester and Cheltenham Speakers public speaking clubs.

Kate is a kind and understanding teacher. She has many unique test tips and is willing to share them with her students.
