Hi! My name is Mikkel and I am a Danish teacher here on Italki.
I teach every level from complete beginner to advanced. I also specialise in PD3 Exam preparation as well as other danish exams (A2, PD1/2 etc.) Although I am a Danish citizen, I grew up bilingual and have lived and worked my way through 7 different countries, around Europe.
Some interesting things about me:
- I teach Astanga Yoga as a hobby and have a 200 hours teachers certificate
- I am a TEFL certified teacher and have been teaching for many years
- I used to work as a consultant/business analyst

Most of my classes here are meant to be as relevant and fun as possible. I always try to keep a light mood when teaching and generally love what I do. I can be quite high energy and really enjoy challenging my students.我提供的课程和我的教学风格
I structure all my lessons around themes that are relevant to you. So whatever topic you are interested in, be it: history, philosophy, business or the news I am happy to do so.
If you are a beginner I will focus on things such as grammar, expressions, pronunciation and mannerisms.我的教学资料

Community TutorI have taught Danish on Italki professionally for over 2300 lessons (more than most certified teachers). I have developed a set curriculum for teaching Danish at all level and now teach four days a week on the platform.

Enjoying classes with Mikkel. He always finds good topics to talk about so I get to practice my Danish while having interesting conversations. He's a patient and motivating teacher, so I'm definitely more and more comfortable to speak Danish :)
