My teaching style :
my teaching method is mainly to create a Chinese immersed environment.
all I do is to make sure you feel comfortable and confident when speaking Chinese.
as I have a good spoken English, I can explain how Chinese thinks and what is the proper way to express yourself in Chinese, in a word, more native.
Currently, I offer three types of classes :
1. Free conversation practice
2. HSK lessons based on textbooks (HSK standard courses, New Practical Chinese, Boya Chinese, etc)
3. customized lesson ( just book a lesson and tell me your goal, I'll design the lesson accordingly)

Over seven months, I worked with Patrick almost every week to supplement intensive Chinese language courses. We didn’t use a specific textbook. Instead, we mostly had work-specific conversations focused on my job requirements. Classes with Patrick offered two special benefits:
1. He very ably identified my level of speaking ability, making his speech speed and vocabulary level understandable while still challenging me to do more. Having worked with dozens of language teachers, I know this is a very rare and valuable skill.
2. He has charisma that makes talking with him engaging while covering a wide variety of subjects, including work-related topics. Hour-long courses definitely flew by.
I really enjoyed my time working with Patrick, and I think our classes will contribute to my ability to live and work in China in the near future.
