Hello everyone! I'm Giannis,I am a University of Aegean graduate (Teaching Greek as a foreign language) and I am currently studying at the University of York (EU campus) . I love spending time either out exploring new places or staying in and watching a good movie with friends. As a Greek, I need at least one Gyros sandwich per week to survive 🌯

I don't usually write reviews, but I feel like Giannis deserves one. I've taken lessons with Giannis for about 4 months. I can say without a doubt that he is the best Greek tutor out there. I struggled to learn on my own because I didn't know where to start and how to study. However, Giannis knows exactly how to guide me into getting closer to my goal . He is intentional when it comes to the vocabulary he is teaching . He doesn't teach vocabulary about random topics that wouldn't be useful in real life situations. If you are thinking of taking Greek lessons , I recommend him 1000%

I am learning Greek so that I can speak to my wife's greek family when we will visit them in Athens. Giannis has helped me learn more than I thought I could. The lesson and the method make it easy to understand all parts of the greek language . Plus , it's time efficient ! I already feel more confident speaking Greek

The teaching style is easy to follow. Positive personality and easy going. I wasn't even sure if I could make it, but Giannis made me fall in love with this language. I don't think any other teacher I've had in the past can match what he brings to the table!
