HILON

hilon is a nice guy to speak to - he's amiable, a good listener and ive learnt a lot about guangdong from him. he also writes out a few of the words that i have problems with though i would appreciate it if he could writes out more of the words and grammatical structures that i have problems with, as well as offer some alternative grammatical structures that I could use.

Hilon was very patient, spoke very clearly, and brought up useful words. When I didn't know something, he would write it down for me and let me practice saying it. A great lesson!

My first lesson with Hilon was absolutely fantastic. He takes his time to explain everything properly and he is very patient. If you are looking to practice your Chinese skills - look no further - HILON is your guy! :) 10 out 10 !

Hilon and I talked about some different aspects of entertainment culture in China today, especially, chinese movies considered masterpieces. Since his english is good, he can quickly translate concepts and words into mandarin and teach the different ways of expressing fondness. A good class if you you're interested in pop culture.

Hilon told me many things about his hometown today, while teaching me new words and giving me visual context of those words. He is very patient and the first class was great.
