Fuling

Fuling has the most worldly, interesting background you could find in a language tutor. She has mastered both Italian and Chinese and teaches both with efficiency and enthusiasm. As someone who deeply loves Chinese and Italian languages and cultures, I feel fortunate to have found a teacher who appreciates them as much as I do.

Fuling is an amazing teacher. I feel like I’m learning very fast from her. Her classes are always entertaining. She is upbeat and patient. I can learn for two hours in a row and still feel fresh by the end of it, even though the language is challenging to me. The class feels like I’m having a very pleasant conversation, but by the end of it I can tell I’ve learned a lot. Fuling also takes very wisely chosen notes that help me identify and improve on my mistakes. I wholeheartedly recommend her classes.

I have been taking lessons with Fuling for 6 months now and feel that I have made significant progress towards my goal of conversational fluency, starting from bare tourist-level knowledge. Fuling has made this feel like a breeze, in fact the proposed topics and her ability to guide a conversation through everything from cooking to AI, always adapted to what interests me most at the moment, let me remember vocabulary or idioms almost automatically. I am happy to continue my journey and look forward to the next lesson!
