I'm Richard, I'm originally from the United Kingdom but currently live in Mexico. I used to work in Administration in Healthcare but in 2020 I changed my career to teaching as I had grown tired of office life and wanted a new challenge so I began my transition to an online teacher.
I'm interested in travel so I enjoy meeting people from all over the world and learning about
their countries and cultures.

I have 3.5 years experience teaching English as a second language online. I work with Students all around the world with different levels.
I understand the importance of encouraging students to speak,correcting their mistakes and focusing on recurring mistakes.
I listen to why students want to or need to improve their English skills and try to focus my lessons and conversations on that.

TutorCambly is an online teaching platform open to students all over the world. They each have different requirements and levels. Cambly advertises as a conversation platform but it also had a lot of different lesson plans and material to use as a more traditional class.
I have helped students with conversation practice and corrections. Taught different subjects including business English and also helped students prepare for job interviews, university entrance exams and IELTs.
