Off to a great start with an instructor of Italian who is exactly what I was looking for: a native speaker of Spanish

I had another amazing lesson, talking about the differences between our countries of origin and residence (we are both emigrants). I hope to get another lesson soon.

Jhoana always gives me interesting homework. The lessons always start with a small conversation. Then I read the text of my homework to her, and we talk about it. I really like working on my Spanish with her!

Jhoana has given me some very interesting puzzles as homework. Texts about interesting subjects, which we can discuss. She is very patient with me. I try to learn Spanish, but am switching to Italian all the time. I have had many more lessons in Italian, so that was to be expected. It is not a big problem. In the mean time I am learning a lot in the lessons. The enthusiastic way she keeps the discussion going, is really great!
