Rie

I've had 9 lessons with Rie-sensei now, and I cannot recommend her enough. She is very patient with me (I am still very novice!) and engages with me brilliantly, and has made me feel very comfortable trying to push myself and try to give more complex answers which is helping me a lot - and should say a lot as I am not made comfortable very easily! She's excellent, a great listener, encouraging and just very very good at what she does.

"The Best Teacher in Town". Rie sensei will teach you grammar and a lot of vocabulary that are useful in daily conversation. She always listens to you very attentively and helps to correct your grammar. A very bright and sunny person that you can feel very safe and comfortable to talk with. Learn a lot of stuff and have a lot of fun in each lesson. Thank youuuuu!

I really enjoyed talking with Rie-sensei! She's very kind and easy to talk to! The lesson felt casual, but at the same time productive!

I had a fantastic first lesson with Rie! Her English is fantastic, which made it perfect for a super beginner with Japanese like myself. It felt light and casual and I still learned important phrases. I'll be continuing to work with her!

Rie-sensei is great! She worked to understand my present knowledge and humored my rambling, wandering thought process. She keeps me focused and gives great examples of how to form sentences properly. I'll be coming back again for certain (actually already scheduled the next 2 lessons)
