Hola chicos, me llamo Jas. Soy colombiana, vivo en la ciudad de Bogotá y tengo 24 años. estudié Ingeniería industrial y me apasiona ayudar a los demás y aprender cosas nuevas. Desde principios del año 2021 soy tutora en Italki, en mi tiempo en Italki he podido ayudar a muchas personas a mejorar sus habilidades con el español sin importar si son principiantes o avanzados
Hi guys, my name is Jas. I'm Colombian, I live in the city of Bogota and I'm 24 years old. I studied Industrial Engineering and since the beginning of the year 2021 I'm a Italki tutor. In my time at Italki I have been able to help a lot of people to improve their Spanish skills no matter if they are beginners or advanced.Öğretmen Olarak Ben
In more than 3 years as a tutor I have prepared myself to improve continuously making the lessons more effective and entertaining, I prefer to be taken as an equal and not as an authoritarian teacher. the most important thing is to feel comfortable in order to learn in the best way. in case of beginners who don't know where to start, I have a special program that includes the following topics:
- Grammar
- Vocabulary
- Listening
- Pronunciation- understanding different accents
- Conversational skills
- Phrases/slang
- The culture of hispanic countries
- progressive learnig A1 to C2

My lessons are based on your needs, so I can adapt to what you need to improve. My teaching method is based mainly on conversation, Therefore I will use different resources and encourage you to talk about topics of interest to the student. Don't worry if you don't feel ready to speak in Spanish, at the beginning you don't need to speak all the time but in each lesson I will encourage you to use spanish to express your ideas.
You will also be able to learn new vocabulary and reinforce key grammar topics, no matter how many times you need to practice or review a topic, I will be there to help you.Öğretim materyallerim

Jas continues to have excellent lessons, where we can review and discuss materials while using new vocabulary and practicing with words learned previously. She is very talented at encouraging discussions and providing assistance where needed.

A lo largo de casi un año, he tenido muchas clases con Jas y cada vez la disfruto mucho. Es muy fácil de hablar con ella y cuando yo siento que he perdido mi camino ella sabe como dirigir la lección. Además, nos reímos mucho :) Ya revisamos estar vs ser, el pasado, como pedir comida y otras cosas, etc. De vez en cuando ella trae artículos o videos interesantes y diversos para leer y así aprendo mucho vocabulario.
