Yurika Yamaguchi

Yamaguchi Sensei is the best Japanese teacher on italki! She's been teaching me Japanese for almost a year. I just got back from my first trip to Japan and was able to see the results of her teaching first hand. It made such a difference being able to communicate with locals while traveling the country! Now she is helping me prepare to write the JLPT N5 in December. Can't imagine learning Japanese without her! 本当にありがとうございます！！！

Learning a new language is exhausting, difficult, and easy to lose hope in. But I always come out of Yamaguchi-sensei's lessons feeling more inspired than when I entered. She's a wonderful teacher with a great sense of humor, and I am so grateful for how much she has taught me and how much better she makes me feel about my progress.

As always Yurkia goes above and beyond to make custom lessons for things I request. Thank you!

Yurika prepares and wants you to get the most out of the lessons so I think she's an easy recommend for those looking for a great Japanese teacher :)

Yurika is great at teaching and willing to use mostly Japanese but can also guide with some English when needed. Another great class!
