My name is Diana. I come from Zimbabwe but I am currently living in Cape Town South Africa. I am fluent in English as well as two other languages. I have a Zimbabwean accent. I enjoy reading, writing, watching movies, music and traveling. I also love meeting new people and engaging in conversations with people from different cultures and backgrounds.

My focus is to make the student feel completely free and relaxed so that we can have a fun and productive lesson where they can learn, practice and become fluent. We will talk about the interests of the student or any specific topic that interests them and identify the different aspects of the language from the grammar, vocabulary, verbs, nouns and a lot of interesting aspects of the language that will not only the help the student to become an effective communicator but also equip them with the necessary skills to succeed.

My lessons will be largely conversational. Engaging the student to talk about different topics so as to enrich vocabulary, perfect the grammar and also construct good sentences. I will be giving the student follow up questions so as to measure understandability and areas where they are largely lacking and polish up on such areas as well. The student will be given articles to read up on and visual representations in the form of images and videos will also be adopted and incorporated into the lessons. Each student is different and as a result I will apply different teaching styles based on the different needs of each student.
