Lancy is very patient while teaching. Even when I cannot answer she guides me to understand and express myself.

Ms Lancy was very helpful today. I run a business with Chinese clients, and wanted to practice customer service dialogues. I sent her an example video before the class, which she very kindly watched and prepared some corrections to learn from. Ms Lancy also helped me phrase instructions in a more formal way. This was really helpful, thank you for the great class :)

Conversations with Lancy are always natural and free flowing, and a really effective way to improve my speaking skills. I can genuinely feel my language level increase with her classes. And with such engaging conversations, it's all done without any perceived effort!
