Sharon

Sharon has been really helpful in improving my German. She has excellent teaching skills and knows exactly when to interfere and correct me or when to let go of something for the sake of the conversation flow. She also teaches the right amount of grammar when necessary and is very flexible with what to do in the lessons. I'm very happy to have found her on Italki. :)

Sharon is an amazing teacher, a superb listener and very encouraging while also providing help and corrections in a seamless way whenever necessary. You will not go wrong by having lessons with her!

I really enjoy taking Sharon's class. Among the several Italki teachers I have had, she has been the most patient and very good at encouraging me to talk, no matter how convoluted my brains get with the German word order. Fantastic lesson! Over the years of taking lessons from Sharon, I have noticed a distinct increase in my son's confidence, vocabulary and fluency in German. She gives him so much opportunity to speak and expand on his ideas and always challenges him with more complex vocabulary. His lessons with her are one of the highlights of his week! Another great lesson with Sharon! She has an incredible ability to keep my child engaged and motivated during the entire lesson. She integrates a variety of materials while keeping the mood light-hearted and fun. Both of my kids love their lessons with her!
