Since I have spent a long time learning English and Japanese, I understand how important it is to work with native speakers to practice the language. My tutoring style is conversational. I will help you with whatever area you want to improve in. Whether it be speaking, reading or writing. I can provide discussion based on a video, a newspaper article, a clip of a TV show, or a photograph. During the discussion I can correct your mistakes, offer alternative words if you want to expand your vocabulary. I will ask questions to challenge your Chinese, or just listen if all you want is a chance to talk in Chinese. Lily is a very encouraging and patient teacher that is very good at inducing interesting discussions that are relevant to the student. She does this through presenting pictures/memes and articles that make way for great speaking and listening practice. You can also expect to steadily increase your vocabulary during each class which will only make future conversations with her more interesting.
I highly recommend having lessons with Lily!
