HR Manager / RecruiterI successfully recruited 120 English teachers for a Chinese conglomerate on a freelance basis from 2018 to 2021. My success is attributed to strong communication, networking, negotiation skills, and a strategic recruitment approach. The entire activity was aside my full time teaching, making me super time organized and strategic for a number of years.

I like learning English with Anatoly, we do not learn vocabulary, grammar, rules, lessons takes place in the mode of discussing various topics, events, stories from life and you very quickly and easily begin to speak and understand what you are being told, and it happens somehow by itself, without strain and tedious cramming, and every lesson goes unnoticed and is very interesting, I recommend it to everyone, thank you Anatoly!

In our classes Anatoly gave me more than just business English training. He not only taught me to negotiate but also taught me the psychology of communication plus how to make my partner feel important!
Before the meeting my stress levels were high as I never went abroad for a business meeting ( and I am a girl !)... and it was a meeting in English! ( which is a foreign language to me of course).
Anatoly changed the way I looked at the upcoming event “from a business meeting” to a “discovery meeting” - where I simply had to greet and talk to the person without being afraid.
That made me extremely calm and it was the turning point for me - I felt confident and ready to succeed!
