Intan Deviana

Intan has a very friendly attitude and manages to talk at exactly the level I need. She keeps the conversation flowing and stays engaged on whatever it is we are talking about. One thing I noticed from the beginning is that she is very good at understanding my (still weak) pronunciation, probably due to her experience talking to many foreigners. This is giving me the confidence to talk freely and the satisfaction of achieving a real conversation.

Hari ini, Ibu bantu aku review kosakata yang aku sudah mengerti tapi belum terbiasa pakai dalam sehari hari. Kelas hari ini menarik juga.

Bahasa percakapan seperti bahasa baru untuk aku. Menarik!

Aku senang bisa membahas dengan guru tentang caranya belajar dan mengajar. Antara bahasa percapakan dan bahasa baku, yang mana lebih cocok condisi aku sekarang. Hari in, aku bisa bercerita ide aku dan guru bisa mengerti. Mantap!

I started speaking Indonesian at zero a few years ago, and thanks to her patience and support, I've begun to feel more and more comfortable speaking/reading/ writing Indonesian. I always have fun during her class. I have a long way to go especially with speaking, but I will never stop practicing Indonesian because I want to talk with her in the beautiful language. You can't go wrong with Intan :)

Dring thoses class, I realized one thing. Sometimes, you just memorize it or get used to it via practice and practice. Then one day, you will naturally remember it. For example kata:” nyisain”( sisa). A good teacher will help you to get there.
