Ida

Ida è un' insegnante molto tranquilla e paziente. Le lezioni sono per argomenti, facili da seguire e molto interessanti. Mi sta insegnando molto non solo a livello linguistico, ma anche sugli usi e la storia della Finlandia.

I've been having weekly lessons with Ida for almost 3 months now, and I am incredibly happy to learn with her! She makes me feel at ease despite my very limited knowledge of Finnish, and I actually often find our conversations quite fun. She also has a talent for speaking so clearly and slowly (and probably choosing simple vocabulary) that I actually understand her very well. She keeps a helpful "logbook" of concepts and vocabulary, and gives me suitable grammar topics and resources to study (and then actually practices them with me in the next lesson :D), or even comes up with exercises herself if I struggle with something. She also has good resources for starting conversations suitable to my level, and with keeping me talking - I found it frustrating in the past when teachers started topics which were completely out of my reach. This does not happen with Ida :) And lastly, Ida is fun, kind, patient and encouraging! Thank you, Ida, I am really happy I can learn with you :)

Ida is an outstanding teacher. I always go into language lessons slightly nervous due to self-consciousness about my ability - but at the end of every lesson I feel very pleased with the progress made. She provides wonderful structure and encouragement. I highly recommend her.

Ida è sempre molto paziente e le sue lezioni sono interessanti e mai uguali. Tra pochi giorni partirò per la Finlandia e sono sicuro che sarà divertente applicare quanto studiato con lei in questi mesi
