Sumaiya Tariq

It was our second lesson together. We reviewed the phrases Sumaiya had taught me during the first lesson and worked more on my introduction. I like how she uses the whiteboard and provides visual aids for learning the alphabet.

Truly the best! I have multiple questions and she never gets tired and is always patient with explaining and answering everything. I feel comfortable with her. She always makes sure our session is never dull! Great second class. To many more! In shaa Allah 🎀

Sumaiya's a great teacher. Since I have several years experience with Urdu, but have never lived in an Urdu speaking country, she specified exactly what I need to improve, and began implementing the plan right away. Today's lesson was so fun, we went over everyday phrases, worked together to make sentences and had a freestyle conversation in punjabi. The conversation made us both laugh, we freely spoke about random topics, there was no judgement or pressure, she gave me the space to speak in my beginner punjabi and gave me lots of tips along the way.
