Guillaume, Québec

Guillaume has been my tutor for a year :) I'm really happy of working with him. He has encouraged me little by little to gain confidence and explore options I never thought possible. Guillaume is a great teacher to learn more about the québécois lexicon and pronunciation, which is much more helpful for speaking with people in Quebec in real life than the French they teach you in school.

Learning French with Guillaume has been an excellent experience, especially if one wants to learn French as it is spoken in Quebec. He is patient, facilitates conversation, puts the onus on the learner to speak more, and makes corrections without breaking the flow. He also makes sure that you speak on diverse topics which can really help improve vocabulary. All in all, it has been a very good journey in my quest to learn the language.
