Olá! Meu nome é Viviane, sou brasileira e moro na Carolina do Sul, EUA. Tenho quatro anos de experiência ensinando português, e minhas aulas são focadas em conversação. O aluno escolhe o tema de interesse, e personalizamos a aula de acordo com esse tema. Durante a conversa, faço correções das palavras erradas por escrito e, ao final da frase, trabalhamos nelas juntos. Dessa forma, não interrompo o aluno, permitindo que desenvolva sua confiança ao falar.
O objetivo dessas aulas é ajudar você a expandir seu vocabulário, especialmente nos tópicos que deseja aprofundar. Também ofereço aulas 'cotidianas', onde sorteio um assunto aleatório e prático para discutirmos durante a classe.Показать перевод

As a teacher, I believe in creating a comfortable and engaging environment where students feel confident to speak and express themselves. My approach is student-centered, focusing on the needs and interests of each individual. I encourage my students to take an active role in their learning by choosing topics they are passionate about. This way, our lessons become more meaningful and motivating.
During the lessons, I prioritize building the student’s confidence by providing gentle corrections in writing without interrupting their speech. My lessons are conversational and tailored to each student’s interests. I encourage students to choose topics they are passionate about, making our sessions engaging and relevant.
During classes, I gently correct mistakes in writing after a student completes their sentence, helping them maintain the flow of conversation and build confidence. My goal is to create a supportive environment where they can speak freely.

Class was amazing again. I highly recommend Viviane. You don't have to feel shy about speaking Portuguese with her because she understands English very well and makes you feel very comfortable.

I had another great lesson with Viviane. She is very encouraging and supportive.
She also takes lots of notes that I can review after class. This frees me up so I can concentrate on speaking.
My goal for each class is to speak portuguese the entire class. While I haven’t quite been able to reach this goal yet, it’s very helpful to know that she speaks English fluently in case I need to give my brain a break or if I can’t quite articulate my thoughts in portuguese.
