I first started teaching English as a pastime and then in 2021 I joined my University's teacher training program and fell in love with helping people achieve their goals. By now I have more than 2 years of experience and have already taught more than 200 students. I'll be here to help you out and cheer you up as much as possible.

I always try to adapt to the needs of my students and their preferred method(s), although I highly recommend mastering the basics of grammar and having conversations, as I learn almost all the languages with this method. I also mentor my students by giving them useful tips to apply to their everyday life and I'm constantly looking for new resources and other things that might be helpful in the learning process.

Certified French and Brazilian Portuguese teacher with 13 years of experience I have a Languages degree (Portuguese and French) from the UFPE and I did a postgraduate course in Applied Linguistics to Portuguese Language Teaching in the FAFIRE. I also had the opportunity to study Didactics for Languages for six months in the Université Sorbonne Nouvelle, in Paris. For good results, I used to split an hour in 20 min of chatting, 20 min of reading and interpreting and then 20 min of chatting based on in what we've just read and argued about. I was responsible for helping foreign students learn Portuguese through practical conversation, listening, introducing new vocabulary, and also working with grammar comprehension. Since 2015 I have been focusing on English classes for students of all ages. I teach basic, intermediate, and advanced levels.

In my hometown, I have taught portuguese for foreigners students in my university for about 4 years. When I traveled to Cambodia I taught kids english and french in a small town.
