Kaythi is a good teacher. She is helpful and very nice. We talk about our interests, interesting cultural anecdotes about Myanmar, and my interest in learning Burmese in Chinese and in English. She is very personable and cares about your needs. Please take a course with her! It has been great learning with Kaythi - she is always very patient (especially if I don't practice due to a hectic work schedule). Kaythi has been excellent at adapting to my learning style, the lessons are always relaxed and fun, and she has been flexible to adjust the lessons if I have any requests. I look forward to more lessons with Kaythi.

Today's lesson was excellent as usual, Kaythi helped me understand some communications between myself and my Burmese in-laws, and I also learned some important phrases and sentence structures that I can use in the future. Thank you!! :)

For a trial lesson, I was surprised by how much information was given to me in the 30 minutes allotted. Kaythi did a wonderful job being patient with my pronunciation. I look forward to the rest of my lessons with her!

Today we practiced reading and comprehension again. I learned a few new sentence structures/phrasings today from the reading material, and we practiced some examples together of these also. As usual, it was a very clarifying lesson! Thank you! :)
