If you're looking for a mentor who’s just right for you while learning Korean, that's me. I have been teaching students for over 15 years, and currently, I teach TOEIC and Korean. Although my professional experience in teaching Korean is relatively recent, about a year, teaching in general has been my mainstay for a long time, and it's what I feel most confident doing.

💜I've taught Korean more than 13,800 hours online. I have eight years of teaching experience. And I've taught more than six hundred students. As a language teacher, I try to use different materials. For a smooth Korean teaching process, I use textbooks, pdf files, videos(Korean drama and documentaries), books, and K-pop music. I've taught all levels and ages, from beginner to advanced speakers. I've always studied the topics the students wanted to talk about.

If you're a new student you can book "45 minute free talking lesson" for a trial lesson. <Rescheduling, Attendance policy and criteria> 1) No-show, no refund. When the student doesn't show up on time without prior notice, I can wait for 20 minutes. After this I'll consider this as no-show and the lesson fee will be fully charged. In case of my no-show, the credit will be returned and the next lesson will be free of charge. 2) Rescheduling through italki system is always OK. You don't need to ask me. 3) Cancelation If you want to cancel the lesson at least 3 hours before the class time I'll accept it, but if the request is sent within 3 hours before the lesson time I'll charge half of the lesson fee. 4) I don't teach children or students under 18.

I have a Ph.D degree in electrical engineering from one of the top universities in South Korea, and now as a tenured full-time professor, I teach and do research in the area of electrical and information engineering.
