👨🏻🏫 Hi, I’m Daniel, a native German speaker born and raised in Karlsruhe, Baden-Württemberg. 🇩🇪
🇬🇧 I’ve been studying English for 20 years and lived in the UK for three years (2016-2019), where I completed my studies.
🇧🇷 After graduation, I moved to Brazil, where I’ve been living for the past five years. I also speak Portuguese (between B2 & C1).
📚 I’m open-minded and enjoy discussing a wide range of topics. Feel free to talk to me about anything! 🌎
Some areas of interest include: Arts, Movies, Music, Books, Sports, Video Games, Traveling, Culture, Technology, and Politics.

📚 For beginners, I offer lessons starting from zero. We can use my materials or you can share your own resources with me

👨🏻🏫 With over 7 years of teaching experience on iTalki and being a language learner myself, I’ve gained deep insights into the challenges people face when learning a new language. Teaching students from various countries has taught me to identify common areas of difficulty based on their native languages. The last time I spoke to Daniel was August 2017. Surprisingly he still remembered me. I am trying to work on my German speaking abilities and Daniel was very patient with me. When I forgot a German word, he provided me the word I need. He's friendly and a good man. I recommend his classes.

It is always a pleasure to practice German with Daniel! He carries the conversation with ease and is able to talk about many interesting and useful topics. He demonstrates an advanced teaching style by quickly adjusting to the learner's ability and answering questions in a straightforward way. I have learned a lot from him and would highly recommend him!

Wow - 11 July 2018 was when I had my first lesson with Daniel. I was at that time A1 - A2, now the Goethe Institute's Online tester estimates me at B2 - C1, what an improvement in less than 6 months. Daniel's ability to teach is one of the best methods I have come across. Many thanks Daniel, for helping me get this far, and I look forward to many more German lessons with you.

the teacher is quite helpful, with great patience and also try to inspire me to speak more, and wrote down the important phrases where i made mistakes to help me to correct them.
