✔ If you are beginner, we will start with pronunciation first and then build grammar from there - that is the only way to sound native-like and avoid mistakes in the long run!
✔ If you are intermediate, I'll also give you a basic understanding of the German sounds to increase your awareness, with a special focus on the sounds you don't have in your native language ("sound gaps").
✔ Throughout my lessons, I like to refer back to the individual sounds /aka "building blocks" of the German language - this has lead to great results for many of my students!

Cancellation policy: 24 hours in advance, If you show up with more than 10 minutes delay for a 30 or 45 minute lesson -> I have to cancel and charge the class. Punctuality is a sign of respect :)

The first lesson was interesting. He is talking to you but also picking all the wrong word that you are saying and writing them down. And this is reviewed during the wrap up. We defined what will be our focus and he has also good ideas on how I can sustain the effort after the class. Thanks Matthias.

My second lesson in two days with Matt. A very interesting conversation about my country, location and general interests. A very professional tutor who is supportive and understanding. Ich bin mit den Probestunden sehr zufrieden. Der Studienplan, die Materialien usw. wurden ausführlich besprochen. Ich habe sofort viele interessante Links und Materialien erhalten, die ich in der nächsten Lektion studieren kann.
