I am a trained linguist with 8+ years of language tutoring. With a degree in linguistics, specializing in Second Language Acquisition, I use up-to-date research on the most efficient way to learn a language. Great teacher - easy to converse with!
It was quite obvious that Tom knew his stuff! He was great at asking questions and helping me clarify my goals. He was also very motivational both in terms of language and my reasons for learning it. I give him my best recommendations!

Tom is an outstanding teacher. I am so lucky to have found him. I am a linguist, polyglot and work on langauge learning for more than 8 years, and I can say he is definitely a hidden gem on Italki. If you want to improve fast in a really fun way, he is the guy!
