I've really enjoyed my lessons with Yi Kuan. She always speaks to me in Malay, which has helped me become more comfortable with the language. She's incredibly patient, even when it takes me time to put my sentences together. Yi Kuan also encourages me to speak more by asking guiding questions, which helps build my confidence. Alongside conversation practice, we also work on grammar and do quizzes, which makes the lessons both engaging and well-rounded. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their Malay!

Yi Kuan got me talking straight away, providing me with vocab and helping me feel confident. Her teaching style and handouts are very clear and make sense immediately, even though I'm a beginner.
