Having found that standardised methods do not work for all students equally, I am very flexible in my teaching. In the first lesson finding out about the student's goals, needs and preferences.

Thanks for the really fun and insightful conversation as always! I took away many new phrases. They'll definitely stick with me thanks to the jokes you told me. I'll try them on my friends and see if they have better luck than me at figuring out the punchlines :)
