Hey, I am Larissa. I'm a Portuguese language teacher with extensive experience teaching children, teenagers, youth and adults. I have been teaching children, adolescents, youth, adults and the elderly for 7 years. I teach Portuguese language, in addition to textual production. For 4 years I have been preparing my students to take certification exams in Portuguese.
Doy clases desde hace 7 años a niños, adolescentes, jóvenes, adultos y ancianos. Imparto lengua portuguesa, además de producción textual. Desde hace 4 años preparo a mis alumnos para realizar exámenes de certificación en lengua portuguesa.

My classes are characterized by dynamism and continuous interaction. I go beyond the texts in the teaching-learning process. I take advantage of the visual and playful activities to help my students internalize knowledge.
Mis clases se caracterizan por el dinamismo y la interacción continua. Voy más allá de los textos en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Aprovecho lo visual y las actividades lúdicas para ayudar a mis alumnos a internalizar el conocimiento.

Larissa is the best language teacher. She has helped me to improve my Portuguese grammar, speaking, and listening. Furthermore, and in contrast with my other experiences with language classes, she gears the sessions specifically to the substantive interests of the student. Thus, you will have the opportunity to advance in your personal projects, research or work while also learning a new language.

It's always a pleasure to have a class with Larissa. Every class is fun and engaging, and I always walk away with more knowledge of the language, culture, and people of Brazil than before. I can't recommend her enough to anyone thinking about taking the plunge into the language.
