Ciao! I'm Annarita, a 35 years old Italian from Padua where I run my own business.
I have a Masters degree and +10 years of experience teaching Italian as a second language, Ancient Greek and Latin, in person and online.
I teach adults of all levels from all over the world, both in small groups and in private classes. Furthermore I'm an official CILS and CELI examiner and I prepare students for any kind of exam, including university, admission test, job interview and citizenship.

I graduated from Padua University in Classics in 2013 and started working in a private school in Padua as a teacher for Italian as a second language. I decided to specialize in the field of teaching languages and I had a Masters in Advanced Planning for teaching Italian to foreigners, plus a DILS-PG 2nd level certificate.
I worked as a contract teacher for the University for Foreigners of Perugia and then I taught in Milan at the European Institute of Design, where I prepared Chinese-speaking students for the admission exams for design courses.
I also taught business Italian to Decathlon and UniCredit bank employees.

You can be sure that classes will be personalized to accommodate your specific needs and goals. For scheduling the classes and to clear the details I would like to speak with you face-to-face
I establish a good connection with my students: I understand their needs & goals, I make them feel comfortable during classes.
When I teach online I usually work with Google Doc: this is an easy way to share a document we both can read, write on it and send web links. I share materials via Google Drive as well.
After every class you will receive a memo.

Annarita is the best teacher ever! She is diligent, encouraging and responsive, with high standards and a joyful passion for Italian culture that makes every lesson a pleasure. After starting my lessons as a total beginner with her, I’m now ready to take the CILS B1 Cittadinanza exam. I can also speak with my Italian friends, enjoy Italian cinema and literature, and follow Italian current affairs, and I’m motivated to continue learning far beyond the exam. Annarita is a wonderful Italian teacher, and I've had the opportunity to learn from many!

Annarita has been an exceptional teacher. It has been a privilege and a pleasure to work with her to prepare for my CILS B1 Cittadinanza exam. She is extremely knowledgeable and is an excellent teacher. She always corrects homework exercises on time and is both encouraging and supportive. I would definitely recommend her.
