Hello everyone! Welcome to my italki profile! I am Mehmet. I was born and raised in Turkey and from time to time because of my studies I am going to Germany. I am a native Turkish speaker. I speak also English, German and a little bit Russian. Learning new languages and teaching my language are for me a passion. My main interests are philosophy, history, politics, languages and music. I like helping those who want to learn Turkish and as an instructur I belive that each person's learning journey is unique. So that I structure the lessons according to student's personal needs. One thing is certain that you'll be enjoying while improving your Turkish. As a tutor who understands the difficulties of learning a new language during the process of developing my German skills, I can emphatize with you on that challenge. I am here to help you to improve your Turkish conversational skills. We can talk any topic that you can imagine. My focus is on communication. So that you can enhance your speaking, listening, vocabulary and pronunciation. In my lessons, I use books, worksheets, some songs and pictures based on your needs.

As I have another teacher with whom I do mainly grammar I was looking for one with whom I can improve my speaking skills. Mehmet is a really patient and helpful teacher, we had a good, structured and especially relaxed conversation. Will definitely Book again!

I really enjoyed the lesson with Mehmet, he is very nice and patient and had materials prepared prior to the lesson. Unfortunately we found out that he does not teach my desired level (A1 Turkish) but he sent me good materials to prepare and find another teacher for my level. He definitely made me motivated to keep learning Turkish. Thank you!
