Over the past year and a half, I took 50 lessons with Karol. I am more than overjoyed with my current speaking ability as when I first started, I was primarily speaking Spanish and now I can participate in more complex discussions (in Portuguese). Our lessons reflect my conversations with my Portuguese friends, so mainly talking about our hobbies, shows we’re binging, and our day-to-day lives. Apesar do português ser parecido ao espanhol nunca me dediquei muito aos estudos até conhecer a Karol.
Comecei com a Karol recentemente por querer melhorar o meu português falado e noto imensas melhorias. As aulas de 30 min são as melhores para praticar diariamente e ela é super divertida e faladora. She selected some articles from the Portuguese popular media that were both interesting and entertaining, and we read them together. This was so helpful in learning popular phrases and idioms that you don't see in textbooks or learning guides.
