Well, I kinda struggle to even find the right words for some reason... To try to keep it simple: Nancy is great, the materials she uses are professional and most suitable for my daughter's needs. Probably one of my best time\money investments on this platform so far. Overall a great match for language learners who take what they do seriously, are in it for results and mentally accept the "stepping out of a comfort zone a lil' bit" part of the learning journey.
