I study Foreign Languages and Cultures at the University of Catania. I like reading novels and manga, watching movies and reading about history, philosophy and economy. I love travelling and being with my friends. If I had to describe myself in just a few words I'd say I'm curious, considerate and determined.

I'd like lessons to be fun as well as rewarding. In the next section I propose a way to organize our time but I'm open for any requests from students that wish to personalize their lessons.

レッスンおよびティーチングスタイル

Informal but rich in content. I tend to start with a conversation on a topic proposed by you or concerning some form of material we previously agreed upon (a book, a movie, an essay, a youtube video – essential thing is it has to personally appeal to you). I try to take note of your mistakes during the conversation and write them down with corrections in a google doc file that I share with you afterwards. Then we move to theory and vocabulary. If you are planning to take an exam for a language certification or class I will take into account where you need to be language-wise for your test.

Mi piace molto avere le lezioni al 100% in italiano. Penso che sia il modo migliore per imparare e Adrián spiega molto bene tutto ciò che non capisco. È incredibile come riesca a capire quello che sto cercando di dire con quello che ho potuto apprendere in poco tempo e le sue correzioni sono davvero opportune. Adrian is an excellent teacher and person to speak Italian with. He is also a great converationalist so the classes are always interesting and thought-provoking even with my limited knowldge of Italian. He gives consistent, but gentle corrections. Adrian makes me feel really comfortable speaking Italian. I have taken a lot of Italki classes now and classes with Adrian are definitely a favorite!

Adrian is friendly, good conversationalist and made me feel comfortable enough to speak a lot in Italian. Even though I sometimes forget words or use incorrect tenses, he was very patient with me. Looking forward to having more lessons! Thanks for today!
