I am a polyglot and a language coach from Prague, Czech Republic. I’m addicted to learning European languages. The core of my language learning method is story-based learning. Other than languages and stories, I’m also interested in humanities, neuroscience, and meditation, but even in contemporary physics and exponential technology. I have a lot of experience both with traditional and innovative language education. I taught for one of Prague's best language schools and at a high school. I co-wrote a textbook for high schools and I was the learning designer of a language app for small devices and other e-learning projects. I've taught many different people from toddlers to seniors, in-company and public courses. Lately, I've been developing techniques that enable me to help people in a much more effective way than when I was a mainstream teacher. I'm happy to see the progress of my clients with these alternative ways of learning. That's why I prefer to refer to myself as a language coach rather than a language teacher.レッスンおよびティーチングスタイル
I'm here to help you get closer to your language goals and dreams. My sessions are always tailor-made to you and your needs. During the first session, I ask you questions to understand your language situation in-depth and together we design your personal training program for the language skills and habits you want to develop. Then in every new session, we look at the program again, check if it's working well for you and your lifestyle, and change anything that needs to be changed. I regularly provide you with new resources, tips, and challenges for your learning. Of course, you also get plenty of natural conversation in your target language during the session with feedback and support.教材

Tried the first lesson. We only had 30 minutes, but in that time Iva proved herself to be a very responsible, experienced and incredible coach. 🙂
This is the first time I've seen such an organised and cool approach to a student as Iva has.
I think that if you want to have an interesting and effective time while learning English, you should study with Iva. 😉

Iva is one of the best language teachers I've had! She's very kind, patient and knows how to teach you language the easiest way. We always had o lot of interesting topics to talk about. I also really liked that our schedule was very flexible and there was no pressure in studying. Iva can find a personal approach to every student, doesn't matter their age or nationality, and in my opinion it's one the most important characteristics that teacher should have. I had and amazing experience studying Czech with Iva! Absolutely recommend!
