My activities were to keep track of all the information needed to process the client's request, upload the information to Excel, google platform, etc, and organize it for it to be sent to the corresponding department. I also took part in the creation of some tests, along with being a tester for the language assessments.

After a month and a half, my supervisor moved me to the support area which consists of keeping the records of the orders that need to be processed during the day. This required me to communicate with all the workers in the plant, making sure the orders were complete as well as taking care of the barcodes that were printed on the product, and the barcode machines.

I learned the use of the Opera shell system to upload the check-ins and check-out information. My job included preparing unique experiences in the hotel, like decorations, assisting guests with reservations, and making courtesy phone calls to find out how we could improve our guest’s experience, among other activities.
