Yoko【ようこ】

Yokoさん is such a wonderful, kind and dedicated teacher. I have learnt so much Japanese since I started classes with her and I love her energy and passion for teaching. She is very patient and I feel comfortable making mistakes and practicing speaking. She is very organised and has useful material to practice with and repeats phrases and new words so you remember them. I’m very lucky to have found Yokoさん to help me with my Japanese. Thank you! 😊

I've been taking lessons with 陽子 for almost 3 months now, her lessons are always enjoyable, and she provides great notes afterwards which have proven useful for revising. Highlighting both mistakes that I am making for me to revisit, along with new vocab etc. too. She always brings a positive attitude, I'm intending on continuing lessons with her for quite a while, and I can recommend her to others that are looking for Japanese conversation practise.

This was my first lesson with Yoko and I was a little nervous at first. Yoko began the lesson speaking in a very simple way and we eventually built to a full conversation at a level that was a challenge but not too challenging for me. Whenever I made a mistake or couldn't think of a word, Yoko provided me with the right phrase and the right kanji and let me try to speak again. Overall, it was a really easygoing but worthwhile lesson.
