Hello everyone!! My name is Victoria and I 'm from Athens, Greece. I work as a tutor, mostly with high-school students preparing them for their panhellenic exams (enrollment in greek universities is based on the results from these).
Besides teaching, which I consider more of a passion than a job, I love travelling, exploring the Spanish language and culture and spending as much quality time as possible with my 5 year old golden retriever, Fluffy!Che tipo di insegnante sono
As a teacher, my first goal is to create a solid communication with my students so that they will feel comfortable to express themselves in greek. I always encourage them to:
- not be afraid of making mistakes because we always learn from them
- ask as many questions as possible, especially for things they don't understand

My lessons are based on conversation aiming to enrich vocabulary and dial in grammar. I 'll also provide texts and videos depending on the student's experience level accompanied by vocabulary and grammar exercises in order to cover all aspects of the language.Il mio materiale didattico

Victoria is always well prepared with material that fits my current needs and makes sure the progression is in a pace I am comfortable with (Very Important). She is also always there to help me with any questions I have via italki messages. Besides being a great teacher I find Victory to be very easy going and fun to work with! After several months of Greek lessons I can honestly say that she is not only my teacher but also my friend.

I just had my 2nd class with Victoria, and let me say that she is the best Greek teacher I have found. She listened exactly to what I wanted to learn in Greek, classes for a tourist visiting Greece for a few weeks. She is very well prepared with a personalized lesson plan for the day and with exercises. She is exactly what I was looking for in a Greek teacher. Plus, it helps very much that she is completely fluent in Spanish and English. Plus, she's very kind and motivating! 5 Stars!

Victoria is a professional language mentor of Greek! I can’t wait to attend her classes every time. It’s never boring! I am very lucky to meet a genuine and thoughtful teacher who cares so much about not only the progress but also about wellbeing of her students which makes every meeting important.
