I like using modern teaching techniques and building well-structured and engaging lessons. I stick to the 9 classical principles of education: gaining attention, informing the learner of the objective, stimulating recall of prerequisite learned capabilities, presenting the stimulus material, providing learning guidance, eliciting the performance, providing feedback, assessing, enhancing retention, and transfer to the job. The last one is the most important!

I absolutely love my lessons with Natalya! She is super organized, structured, and prepared for our lessons, and at the same time is flexible and I feel free to converse as well. She gives me very clear feedback when I make mistakes, and provides me with all of the materials for class. I always look forward to our next class!

Had a really great first lesson with Natalia! She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable asking questions. I studied Russian many years ago and forgot many things so it was really helpful to go through the basics together. Appreciate that Natalia could quickly assess my level and in just this first lesson, helped me recall many vocab and grammar. Looking forward to the next lessons!
