I'm Phyllis Wachira.An enthusiastic young lady trying to live every moment of life to the fullest.
I’m quite a hands-on, always doing things to my level best. I don't fit well in any of the social
groups introverted or extroverted but I tend to lean towards both depending on the
environment. I pick up people's energy so quickly, possibly a reason for my small circle of close
friends. I always trust my intuition while being optimistic at the same time. An interesting thing
about me is that I am a go getter, if I decide to work on something and do it to my level best I
usually do achieve it. I like this about myself because it's like an energy that drives me, giving
me my confidence.Che tipo di insegnante sono
I have a passion in teaching Kiswahili language. I give attention to my learners needs and I'm patient towards my learners. I'm quite a practical person ,in teaching I draw my examples mostly from the real world ,what happens in real societies and encourage my learners to do so too.
I value learners feedback and this is essential for me as a teacher so that I can work on my weak points and provide the best lessons for my learners.Le mie lezioni e il mio metodo di insegnamento
My teaching is learner centered ,making a lesson to be about the learner not about me as a teacher by giving guidance ,providing room for self expression and answering to learners questions with clarity. Practice is essential in learning a language and I ensure I provide necessary quizzes ,assignments, audio recordings and reading materials for improvement.Il mio materiale didattico
