Hello 🥰🥰, my name is Xiaoxiao, born and raised in China. Now I live in a sunny coastal city in north China. I like yoga, movies, Chinese medicine, writing, music, chatting and making friends. I have five years of experience teaching Mandarin Chinese, both online and offline. I have taught a variety of students, including children and adults, beginners and advanced learners, students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, as well as foreign students from all over the world.
I have also been teaching on other online platforms, with a total of over 5,000 hours of teaching. But italki had not recruited Chinese teachers before, so I had not been able to join this platform to teach until an accidental opportunity in early August 2023. Therefore, the number of lessons I accumulated on this platform is not as much as the teachers who joined earlier.

对外汉语普通话老师1、负责海外学生的国际中文教学工作，形式为1V1在线直播授课。
2、根据学员情况，备课、练课并因材施教；
3、总结课堂内容并向家长反馈课堂情况 ；
4、 批改作业，完成学生学习跟踪；
5、 定期参加学校组织的教学、教研活动，不断提升自己的教学素养和技巧。

语文老师主要负责辅导小学生及初中生的语文，包括拼音、汉字、阅读和写作。
2014 - 2017
外教助教教学对象：3—12岁的孩子（小班课，每个班4—12个学生）
工作内容：
1、课前制作课堂所需教学材料，并与外教商定及核对上课相关事宜。
2、课中辅助外教教学以及管理课堂。
3、课后为家长反馈孩子们当堂学习内容和课堂表现，并在之后及时点评和辅导学生发来的作业。

Absolutely loved our class with xiaoxiao laoshi. She understood my goals for the class and helped me make a plan going forward. xiaoxiao laoshi was very patient while speaking with my son and encouraged him to speak in full sentences. my son can be a reluctant speaker/learner but he is happy to continue learning with xiaoxiao laoshi. thank you!

晓晓老师 is a very friendly, warm-hearted, energetic and accommodating teacher. She teaches according to her student's needs and requirements, while retaining her high teaching standard. 晓晓老师 adjusts her language to her student's level and paitiently explains unknown words. She provides high quality notes of the lesson for review and is willing to give feedback.
I've already learned a lot and am very happy to have found her.

Thank you Xiaoxiao Laoshi for your energy! My 5 y/o boy enjoyed the class and said he liked the teacher. Didn't want to leave after 30 minutes. She did well to ask questions, not use English so as to immerse my child, and refocus my child whenever it was needed. Appreciated all the voice notes and review materials after the class. We will be coming back for more classes!
